Bio:Graham has more than 42 years’ experience as a marine geoscientist and has the dual role of Managing Director Global Subsea Cable Business for the EGS Survey Group of companies, and as Executive Director of EGS Survey, Australia and EGS Americas, USA. Specializing in submarine cable route planning and survey since 1990; is a regular speaker at international submarine telecommunications conferences worldwide. Graham is a contributing author of Submarine Cables: The Handbook of Law and Policy 2013; and contributed to, and participated in, the National Geographic documentary Drain the Oceans - Mysteries of the China Seas 2018.
Following a three year term as ICPC Chairman; was elected as ICPC Vice Chairman in 2019 continuing engagement in ICPC priority outreach initiatives with the International Seabed Authority; International Hydrographic Organization; and Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction activities at the UN. Graham has served on the SubOptic Executive Committee since 2008.
