Bio:Ben Bittfield is the Lead Design Engineer responsible for the IP address strategy and long term IP address capacity management for the Sprint wireless network. For more than a decade he has led the design and architecture of multiple programs at Sprint, starting with carrier grade NAT to today focusing on IPv6+NAT64. Ben has five patents in the field and was honored at the 2017 North American IPv6 Summit as an IPv6 ISP pioneer by the North American IPv6 Task Force. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nebraska, with minors in mathematics and physics.
