Bio:Mr. Koroivuki has worked in various facets of the Telecommunications and ICT sector in the Asia and Pacific region.
He was CEO for Fiji International Telecommunications Limited (FINTEL) before taking up the role of Regional Director for the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Bangkok, Thailand, and recently as CEO for BwebwerikiNET Limited (BNL), a Kiribati SOE.
Currently working to implement critical infrastructure in the Republic of Kiribati which will includes two submarine cable systems, improvement to passive outer islands infrastructure and a planned Fibre-to-the Premises (FTTP) project.
The completion of the projects is crucial to the provision of high-speed and cost-effective access to the internet and global connectivity for the peoples of Kiribati.
