Bio:Peder Naerboe is the founder of Bulk Infrastructure, a leading provider of sustainable digital infrastructure in the Nordics. His company is an industrial investor, developer and operator of industrial real estate, data centres and dark fibre networks.
Peder’s career began as a shipbroker in 1991, later working as an investment portfolio advisor from 1998-2005. In 2006, he founded Bulk Infrastructure and quickly became one of the premiere real estate developers in Norway and holds the leading role in the logistics and industrial sectors.
In 2011 he identified the close relationship between his logistic and industrial real estate and the data center sector and the major impact Norwegian surplus renewable energy could make if made available for the growing European data center industry. This led to major investments in building data centres and new fibre infrastructure both intercontinental and within the Nordics to unlock the Nordics as a highly scalable and sustainable digital infrastructure platform.
