Bio:Jennifer Ruch joined Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) within Oracle Corporation in 2022. Embedded in OCI’s Datacenter Services division she leads sustainability and energy strategy for OCI’s global deployments. OCI is a complete cloud infrastructure platform that reduces Oracle’s customers’ environmental footprints. OCI is committed to helping Oracle reach its ambitious 100% renewable energy by 2025 goal and long-term Net-Zero by 2050 goal. Jennifer joined OCI from Equinix Inc., where she led sustainability and ESG for nearly 10 years and increased Equinix’s global presence as a sustainability and renewable energy leader in the data center space. Jennifer has 15 years of experience in energy and sustainability and holds an M.S. in Decision Analysis from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and a B.S. in Chemistry from Hope College in Holland, Michigan.
