1Government: Employees of Federal, State, and Local government agencies. Please send an email to ptcreg@ptc.org from your work email address requesting to register as a government employee. An email response will be sent within one week.

2PTC Individual Member: Those who are members in the Individual category.

3PTC Program Participant: Panelists, moderators, chairpersons, speakers, presenters.

4Faculty: Full-time employees at a recognized academic institution. Please send a brief letter on official letterhead via email to ptcreg@ptc.org requesting to register as Faculty. An email response will be sent within one week.

5Student: Full-time undergraduate and graduate students only. Current school registration required, including full-time online course programs. (Part-time students are not eligible.) Please be advised that the fee for student registration does not include lunches. The cost for lunch is an additional US$18 per day, on the days that lunch is served. Please send current school registration via email to ptcreg@ptc.org, requesting to register as Student. An email response will be sent within one week.

PTC’17 Press Registration and benefits are provided to those individuals who possess valid press credentials (e.g. editor, journalist, reporter, writer, etc.) that prove affiliation with a recognized international, national, or regional media outlet. Press Registration and benefits are accorded in anticipation of a good-faith effort on the part of the registrant to provide press coverage of PTC’17. Only one valid PTC’17 Press Registration per organization will be authorized.

Please note that if you are a sales representative or hold a non-reporting/editorial position (e.g. analysts, general managers, graphic designers, marketing or public relations personnel, etc.) with a media outlet, you do not qualify for PTC’17 press benefits.

PTC requires ALL of the following items to confirm your press credentials:

  1. A business card or copy of masthead showing your name, title, and media outlet’s logo
  2. A letter from the editor or publisher of the publication to which you are assigned stating that you are covering PTC’17 on assignment
  3. The link to or a copy of articles you have written within the past year with your byline

Bloggers, independent, and/or online media reporters must provide additional materials upon request, including but not limited to links to posts showing a continuous and significant online presence and audience reach.
